On Quasar Cloud a transaction of a live app costs 10 units to sync and 1 unit per webhook delivery; on a test app the sync costs 5. Units never expire. Volume discounts of 2–15% apply from 10,000 units, and the minimum deposit is $5.00.

Paid Natively,
Quasar Cloud is paid in crypto only, straight from your wallet. No card processor or payment provider stands in between: every payment runs through the same Pulsar tracking and Quasar webhooks that you integrate in your own app.
1. Pay From Your Wallet
Connect a wallet with Nova Connect and send the payment for your invoice on-chain, in one of the supported tokens.
2. Tracked by Pulsar
Pulsar tracks the payment transaction from your browser, and the Quasar engine follows it on the server until it is final.
3. Credited by a Quasar Webhook
A Quasar webhook checks the recipient, token, and amount on-chain, then credits the units to your organization.

Billing Rules
- Free Developer Sandbox: Every organization receives 100 free quota units on registration — about 9 transactions of a live app or 16 of a test app, with one webhook each.
- $5.00 Checkout Minimum: Applies to every deposit.
- Crypto Only & AML: Payments are made in crypto, with no third-party payment provider, and the paying address is screened for AML risks before the payment.
- Flexible Configuration: Choose a predefined plan or buy the exact quota and RPS you need.
- 300 RPS Limit Cap: 5 RPS are included; extra RPS are leased for 30 days, up to 300 per organization.
- Chronological Rollover: Buying more RPS while a lease is active adds the next lease window after it.
- Lifetime Quota: Quota units never expire and roll over forever.
Consumption Weights
When the Quota Runs Out
Syncs are still accepted, so no transaction of your users is lost: Quasar answers with mode: "lazy" and queues the transaction instead of tracking it right away.
Other requests with a key, including the history, return 402 Payment Required until the quota is topped up. The dashboard shows your balance, and Quasar emails the owners when it runs low.
